RETURNS POLICY
We take great pride in providing you with quality products that help you stretch further. However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return label for €3,90. We offer an extended right of cancellation provided that the product is new, in its original packaging, and all physical tags are attached to the item. The extended right of cancellation applies from day 15 to day 45. During the statutory right of cancellation period of 14 days, an assessment of depreciation will be made if the item has been used in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. Our return policy is 45 days from the day you receive your item. If the return period has expired, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT WHEN RETURNING UNDER THE EXTENDED RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
If you change your mind within the extended right of cancellation from day 15 to day 45, you are of course welcome to try the product on, but we will not accept returns if the returned product is not in new condition, is not in its original packaging, is missing any of the physical tags, smells of perfume or other strong odors, has been exposed to smoke, has been washed, has been exposed to animal fur, has open seams, has been altered or modified in any way or has not been properly packed for return
For health and hygiene reasons, boxer shorts and socks can only be returned in their original condition and in their unopened original packaging.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges through our return portal for exchanges to another product of the same style, price, and fit.
If you would like to exchange to another style, simply choose to return the product and select the option “Shop on our site to find something you love”. All this can be done by following the steps in the return portal. Your return label will cost €3,90, which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded for your return. If you use our return label, you are still responsible for the package until we receive it.
STORE RETURNS
At this moment, it is unfortunately not possible to return products purchased online at shapingnewtomorrow.eu in our physical stores.
Returns for products purchased in-store will only be accepted at stores within the same country of purchase.
RETURNING FAULTY PRODUCTS
In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, our customer service team is here to help. Please contact Customer Service as soon as you discover the issue, and we will guide you through the return process.
CLAIMS
